Reports & analytics
TaskFlow turns the work you track into insight — agile reports, a personal dashboard, a roadmap timeline, releases and time reports. These are optional features; you'll see the ones your administrator has enabled.
Reports
The Reports page has three tabs, computed live from your project's data:
- Velocity — how much work your team completes each sprint. Use it to forecast what the next sprint can realistically hold.
- Burndown — remaining work over the course of a sprint, so you can see whether you're on track.
- Distribution — how issues are spread across statuses right now: a quick read on where work is piling up.
Reports are shown for the active project, so select one first.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your personal home for the numbers you care about. Choose widgets — open issues, sprint progress and others contributed by the features you have enabled — and drag them into the arrangement you want.
The layout is yours: everyone builds their own, and nobody else sees or changes it. Until you configure it, you get a sensible default set.
Roadmap
The Roadmap puts epics and their contents on a timeline, over a horizon you choose — 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or a year. Colour separates not started, in progress and done, with today marked, so you can see what's slipping without opening anything.
Releases
Releases (versions) group issues into a shipment:
- Create a release with a name, version, description and planned date.
- Attach issues to it — an issue can belong to more than one release.
- Move it through planned → in progress → released → archived.
- Use the release page to see what's included and prepare release notes.
Issues show which releases they belong to, so you always know what's shipping where. Publishing a release doesn't change the status of its issues — the workflow stays the team's decision.
Release waves
For products shipped to multiple brands or destinations, release waves coordinate rolling the same work out to each brand at its own pace. A wave is a matrix of issues × brands, with each cell carrying its own readiness status, and you can set statuses in bulk rather than cell by cell.
It's an advanced feature for multi-brand delivery; if you ship to one destination you won't need it. Administrators define the brand sets and cell statuses in wave schemes.
Time reports
With the worklog feature enabled, time logged on issues rolls up into a report for managers: filter by project, person and date range to see where effort actually went. Individual entries are made on the issue's Worklog tab — see Issues → Time tracking.
Which of these do I have?
Reports, dashboard, roadmap, releases, waves and worklog are separate features an administrator turns on. If a page isn't in your navigation, it isn't enabled for your instance — see Features & settings (administrators).
